Bowling Equipment Mechanic

Summary This position is located within Commander, Mid-Atlantic Region, Fleet and Family Readiness Program. The purpose of this position is to assist the higher grade mechanics in maintaining and repairing all bowling and facility electrical, mechanical and computerized equipment. Responsibilities This position has been identified as an entry-level developmental position for the purpose of training the incumbent to perform more complex and responsible duties. Installs, repairs, maintains, adjusts, overhauls and regularly inspects all bowling facility electrical, mechanical and computerized equipment which includes, but is not limited to: automatic pinsetters, automatic ball returns, speed cradle stops, telescore units, automatic ball cleaners, lane maintenance machines, hole borers, and etc. Establishes a regular preventive maintenance schedule according to the suggested manufacturer's recommendations, adjusting as necessary.
