Boutique Manager - Nespresso - Nestle Middle East

Job Summary

Nespresso UAE is looking to hire Boutique Managers for the Nespresso Dubai Boutiques, who will own their assigned boutiques. They will be responsible to manage the boutique team and daily operations so that the whole team delivers on the customer experience in line with our Nespresso Brand standards, embodying the Nespresso Brand Image as defined by the Head Quarter guidelines.

The Boutique Manager is accountable for the boutique's business performance, team recruitment, management, development, and performance. Our Boutique Managers also oversee stock management, cash and card management, visual merchandising, customer management, and data protection to ensure overall execution of all required practices. More importantly, they act as role models to the entire boutique team.
