We are currently working with a renowned Italian luxury heritage brand to appoint a Boutique Manager who will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s positioning and elevating its storytelling across multiple store touchpoints.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the boutique team to foster a high-performance culture and ensure smooth daily roster scheduling.
• Sales & Client Experience: Drive sales targets, analyze store profitability, and elevate the luxury shopping experience by resolving customer escalations promptly.
• Merchandising & Inventory Control: Oversee visual merchandising displays according to brand aesthetics, manage stock levels, and conduct regular inventory audits.
