Within the boutique, your main mission will be to drive its overall performance by delivering an exceptional and highly personalized customer experience, achieving business objectives and leading a team to excellence, in full alignment with Audemars Piguet’s standards, values and retail vision.
As Audemars Piguet’s first official boutique in Australia, this role represents a unique opportunity to establish and develop the brand’s presence in the market, setting the foundation for long-term growth and desirability.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the overall performance of the boutique while increasing traffic, market share and overall profitability
- Ensuring an exceptional and consistent customer experience across the entire client journey, in line with brand standards
- Acting as a brand ambassador and establishing Audemars Piguet as a reference for top-tier clients in the Australian market
