Job Description
OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Bosun to join our dynamic team on an Offshore Wind Turbine Installation Vessel operating worldwide. If you have the expertise and dedication to excel, we want to hear from you!
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the deck crew in daily operations and activities
- Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed
- Assist in the operation of deck machinery and maintenance tasks
- Manage mooring and anchor handling operations
- **Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Bosun on a WTIV or similar offshore vessel
- Valid STCW certifications and seamanship skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work in international waters and flexible in rotational shifts
