Job Description
Statement of responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all Excel bordereaux, risk, premium and claims are received from the cover holders and claims administrators within contractual service levels
• Work with cover holders and claims administrators to ensure that all bordereaux are complete and accurate, and to resolve data quality issues that may arise
• Completely and accurately load all bordereaux received into the binder management system within required timescales
• Resolve any errors that may occur as bordereaux are loaded into the binder management system
• Escalate to the Operations Technician, Third Party Administrator Manager or Head of Operations any issues which cannot be resolved directly with the cover holders or third-party administrators
• Ensure that risk written and premium bordereaux are reconciled
• Ensure that cash received is reconciled to the premium bordereaux
