About the Contact Centre Learnership
The Boomerang Marketing Contact Centre Learnership is designed to equip unemployed youth with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience in a modern contact centre environment. Participants will complete structured classroom learning while gaining hands‑on experience supporting customer service and sales operations.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive a nationally recognised qualification that can strengthen future employment opportunities within South Africa’s growing Business Process Outsourcing sector.
