Part-Time Bookkeeper for Ophthalmologist Office in Stoneham, MA



Employee or Contractor Position



The ideal candidate will be an experienced bookkeeper with accounting knowledge who is proficient in QuickBooks Online. Individual needs to be a self-starter and problem solver. Some remote and flexible work schedule.



Responsibilities:



· Process weekly accounts payable, pay vendor invoices, record patient payments, enter bi-weekly payroll online through ADP platform, record payroll in QBO, reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts, close out month-end



· Generate other special accounting reports



· Involved with annual insurance renewals and insurance audit reports
