Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, journals, and cash book transactions accurately.
- Reconcile foreign and local creditors/debtors and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and execute creditor payments within agreed terms.
- Maintain fixed asset register and balance sheet schedules.
- Perform monthly reconciliations, intercompany reporting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records, filing, and audit support.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 4 years' bookkeeping experience.
- Strong knowledge of creditors, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Experience in foreign transactions would be beneficial.
