Our focus is on construction and earthwork projects by helping teams identify underground utilities early, reducing the risk of service strikes and improving site coordination for work to proceed safely and smoothly.
Role Overview
As a Bookkeeper, you will handle day-to-day accounting and finance administration, ensuring accurate records for revenue, expenses, payables/receivables, and basic reporting. You will support smooth invoicing and collections across projects and service jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate full set / partial set bookkeeping (depending on company setup), including daily entries and reconciliations.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP): supplier invoices, payment preparation, filing, tracking due dates.
