Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support a short-term Contract opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This part-time assignment is expected to last 4-6 weeks and will average 20 hours per week in a hybrid work arrangement. The person in this role will help maintain accurate financial records, manage invoicing activity, and ensure bank accounts are reconciled in a timely manner while working closely with the Controller.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue accounts receivable invoices accurately and on schedule
• Reconcile bank account activity and investigate discrepancies to maintain clean financial records
• Record and organize bookkeeping transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
• Use QuickBooks to enter, review, and maintain financial data for day-to-day accounting activity
