Operating from a dedicated home office, the appointed professional will assume full technical ownership of the end‑to‑end bookkeeping cycle, transforming multi‑channel operational documentation into structured financial ledgers. Multi-Channel Data Capturing: Extract, validate, code, and capture high-volume supplier invoices, slips, and receipts daily from digital platforms, including email, WhatsApp, and dedicated intake channels.
Ledger Governance: Maintain absolute accuracy across the creditors' and debtors' ledgers, executing routine supplier statement reconciliations and loading approved payment runs for final authorisation.
