Bombardier Avionics Technical Advisor Position

Work with Bombardier as an Avionics Technical Advisor in our Customer Response Center. Use your technical skills to assist Business Aircraft customers by troubleshooting aircraft systems.
This role demands a deep understanding of Challenger and Global Express aircraft systems. You will be responsible for preparing accurate technical reports and leading collaborative meetings to resolve issues impacting aircraft operations. Your extensive experience in Aircraft Maintenance will be crucial to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and provide support for aircraft systems
• Draft detailed technical correspondence
• Lead discussions for aircraft return to service
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics)
• At least 10 years’ experience in problem-solving
• Strong familiarity with aircraft systems
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• AME license preferred but not mandatory
