Overview
Repair and maintain press machinery and boiler making to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.
Key Performance Areas Do preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant works instruction. Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data and forward to the Team Leader. Ensure that company procedures, works instructions and quality systems are always adhered to. Participate actively in the departmental M2 S as per company requirement. Skills Required Technical techniques Press machinery repair and maintenance and extensive boiler making experience Manufacturing processes Basic understanding of quality systems Welding & Cutting: Proficiency in shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), and oxy-fuel cutting.
