Boiler Attendant

Startup/Operate/Shut-down/Trouble shoots Utilities like Air-compressors, Air-Driers, Cooling Towers, DI Water Plant, Steam Boiler, Thermal Oil Heaters, Fire Protection Systems. Monitoring and Maintenance of Process Plant Equipments Install, service, troubleshoots, repair and overhaul basic machineries, pumps, valves, compressors and conveyor systems. Carryout Preventive Maintenance of Plant Equipments in co-ordination with the service providers and superiors. Monitor Normal Operation of Plant Equipment / Machinery / Pipe Work and Troubleshoot as necessary for smooth operation of Manufacturing Units / Packaging, minimizing downtime. Carry out Mechanical Lock out & Isolations as required to perform maintenance activities either in-house or by Contractors. Perform Job Safety Analysis, Job Safety Observations, Risk Assessments on Operation of Utilities / Maintenance Services.
