As the Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of site performance and customer experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Bodyshop processes and operations, as well as a firm grasp of the commercial drivers of the business. You must also be a first-rate problem solver who can work in a fast-paced environment, capable of multi-tasking, and effectively leading a team to achieve business goals and objectives.
