Description and Requirements
Lenovo ISG is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support DC-SCM (Data Center Secure Control Module), a BMC module compliant with OpenBMC specifications, used in Lenovo server platforms. This role focuses on electrical evaluation, validation, and issue resolution for BMC hardware throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical validation and debugging for DC-SCM (BMC) modules based on OpenBMC architecture.
Review schematics and assess electrical design risks related to power, interfaces, and signal integrity.
Analyze test results, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for electrical issues.
Work closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve BMC-related hardware problems.
Support component qualification, change management, and lifecycle activities.
