B’not Sherut Program Specialist – 12 month contract

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized mentorship to B’not Sherut
• Guide and support B’not Sherut in implementing educational initiatives
• Participate in regular team meetings to address mentoring challenges
• Plan and coordinate the B’not Sherut interview and selection process
• Manage all program logistics including transport and wellness
• Support B’not Sherut’s independent living arrangements and day-to-day wellness
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports to the Donor

Requirements

• Post‑secondary education preferred (Education, Psychology, Social Work, Jewish Studies, or related field)
• Experience in working with Israeli Teens in experiential education context
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
