Job Description
- Develop a detailed software project roadmap tailored to client requirements, and systematically plan the development, testing, and architectural design phases; establish key delivery milestones to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, and cost control of the software project. 根据客户需求，制定详细的软件项目路线图方案，合理规划软件项目的开发、测试及架构设计等工作；设定关键交付里程碑，并确保软件项目按时完成、质量达标且成本可控；
- Lead BMS requirement analysis, product definition, system software architecture design, detailed design, and software development. 主导 BMS 需求分析、产品定义，系统软件架构设计、详细设计，软件开发 ；
- Lead the joint debugging of BMS hardware and software, bench testing, HIL/SIL simulation, and field integration testing; possess expertise in interaction protocols between BMS and systems such as VCU, PCS, EMS, and charging stations (including CAN, Modbus, IEC104, etc.). 主导 BMS 软硬件联调、台架测试、HIL/SIL 仿真、实车联调，熟悉 BMS 与 VCU、PCS、EMS、充电桩等系统的交互协议（CAN/Modbus/IEC104 等）；
