Job Title: BMS Lead (Building Management System) – Data Centre
Location: Pune , Hinjewadi
Department: Data Centre Operations
Experience : 5 Yrs + in Data Centre
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
Job Summary:
The BMS Lead is responsible for the overall management, monitoring, and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) in a data centre environment. The role ensures optimal performance of critical infrastructure including HVAC, electrical systems, fire alarms, and environmental controls to maintain uptime and compliance with data centre standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. BMS Operations & Monitoring
Monitor and control all BMS systems including HVAC, UPS, DG, electrical panels, and environmental systems.
Ensure 24/7 availability and smooth functioning of BMS in the data centre.
