BMS SERVICE ENGINEER
Carbon60 is looking to recruit a BMS Service Engineer to work for our specialised industrial client Equans based in Greater London.
ROLE: BMS Engineer
PAY RATE: £27.26/per hour PAYE
CONTRACT TYPE: 3 Months contract (Potentially perm.)
LOCATION: Greater London (will cover sites inside the M25)
(this position will require SC/CTC Clearance)
HOURS: 40:00 hours per week (flexible hours), Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 19:00 PM
THE ROLE:
Main duties & responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on Building Management Systems (BMS).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults on BMS and HVAC control systems.
Install, configure, test, and commission BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and associated equipment.
Work on Trend, Tridium (Niagara), Distech, Siemens and other BMS platforms.
