Job Description
Handle end-to-end BMS project execution
Responsibilities
- Site coordination with contractors, consultants and clients
- Installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of BMS systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues on site
- Programming and configuration of controllers (Siemens preferred)
- Integration of HVAC, lighting and other building automation systems
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Prepare site reports, documentation and as-built drawings
- Ensure quality and safety standards are followed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is required
- Strong experience in Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Siemens BMS experience is preferred (Desigo or similar)
- Experience with other BMS systems (Honeywell / Schneider / Delta / Tridium, etc.) is an advantage
