About the Role

We are a growing medical device service organization supporting physiotherapy, chiropractic, and rehabilitation clinics across Canada. As our service department continues to expand, we are seeking a Service Technician to join our team.

Candidates with strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn will be highly successful in this role. We place a strong emphasis on attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail. In this position, you will take ownership of service work from intake through to completion, combining electronics repair, customer technical support, and accountable documentation.
