Biomedical Equipment Specialist

Overview

This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAPV** The Biomedical Equipment Specialist (BMES) shall provide oversight of Medical Maintenance Operations and provide clinical and administrative support for all matters and concerns relating to the lifecycle management of medical equipment. Biomedical Equipment Specialist shall perform all activities related to repair, calibration, modification and overhaul of medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide biomedical support which requires the application of engineering and mechanical concepts and methodology to provide lifecycle management and technical support of diagnostic, therapeutic devices, monitoring, and other equipment utilized in the practice of medicine, and to improve clinical care.
