Biology & Geology Teacher (MYP & Spanish Bachillerato)

La Miranda School, in Barcelona, is looking for a Biology & Geology Teacher to join our Secondary School team from late August 2026 . The successful candidate will teach a combination of Spanish Bachillerato and IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) classes, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Biology and Geology lessons across the Spanish Bachillerato and IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), fostering student engagement and academic achievement.
• Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with the Spanish National Curriculum and IB MYP framework, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Create a positive, inclusive and inquiry-based classroom environment that supports students' academic and personal development.
• Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate assessment and reporting records.
