Bioinformatician (La Coruña)

We are seeking a Bioinformatician to join our multidisciplinary team advancing genetics‑first drug discovery. In this role, you will focus on building, productionizing, and maintaining scalable analysis pipelines that enable large‑scale statistical genetics and multi‑omics studies. You will translate statistical genetics methods and algorithms into robust, reproducible workflows (primarily in Python and Nextflow or similar), run and optimize them on cloud and/or HPC environments, and ensure high standards for testing, version control, containerization, and data provenance.
