Biobehavioral Health Unit Behavior Technician

Job Summary:
The Behavior Technician fulfills objectives within the mission of the Golisano Center for Special Needs including both inpatient and outpatient units. Duties includes: Engage in daily meetings with case managers to conceptualize and develop treatment plans, communicate plans to patients and their families, coordinate care with community providers given caregiver consent, communicate plans to team members, supervise and participate in the implementation of treatment plans, manage and graph data, analyze data, identify key variables affecting patient outcomes, measure and track outcomes related to quality improvement, involvement in assistance with daily living tasks while ensuring patient's privacy and dignity are respected, data management, participation and supervision of implementation of behavioral treatment procedures, parent training, teacher and community-provider training, use time efficiently and productively in the absence of specific assigned responsibilities...
