STV isseeking aBIM Specialistwith2–3 years of professional experienceand demonstrated4D (schedule-linked model)expertiseto support planning, coordination, and visualization efforts on complex building projectsfor our Advisory department in Dallas, TX. This role will work closely with project managers, schedulers, construction teams, and design partners to develop,maintain, andleverageBIM models—specifically4D simulations—to improve constructability, sequencing, and project outcomes.
This position is ideal for a technically strong BIM professional looking to grow within a collaborative project delivery environment.
