Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit.
- Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop accurate shop drawings and resolve discrepancies with the Engineering Department and Project Team.
- Assist the project team with BIM coordination, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and clash detection.
- Develop As‑built drawings for project handover to clients/consultants.
- Support Tender Bids by preparing floor plans, sectional drawings, and related technical documentation.
- Attend technical and BIM meetings as required.
- Ensure all drawings and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Diploma or Higher Nitec/Polytechnic qualification in BIM, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
