Responsibilities

-- Prepare and develop 3D BIM models, shop drawings, construction sequencing models, clash detection reports, and as-built models.

-- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for coordination and project execution

-- Coordinate BIM workflows to ensure project alignment and efficiency.

-- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.

-- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with required Level of Development (LOD) standards
