BIM Modeler (Architecture)

Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture) for a leading construction company in Dubai UAE. The role involves developing and coordinating architectural BIM models in line with project drawings specifications, local authority requirements and company BIM standards.

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Produce architectural drawings, shop drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications and authority regulations.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout project stages.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist BIM Coordinators and project teams with model reviews and design coordination.
