Job Description
Our client, a leading consultancy in the rail sector, is currently seeking a BIM Lead to join their team. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for growth within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and implement the project‑wide BIM strategy aligned with client requirements, lifecycle needs, and delivery objectives
- Lead the configuration and oversight of digital design systems, including ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), to ensure seamless team collaboration
- Develop, maintain, and enforce the Design BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM Uses to guide consistent, high‑quality model development across disciplines
- Provide technical leadership for multi‑disciplinary teams, ensuring consistent application of Civil 3D, Revit, and digital best practices throughout all phases of design
