BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents. Manage and deliver a fully coordinated model in agreed formats. Ensure all models, drawings and structural data are well maintained and up to date throughout the course of the project. Assist in updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle. Ensure BIM models are modeled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM based quantification. Work closely with the team and coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per project requirements Coordinate with various vendors, contractors and sub-contractors. Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability, and as-built. Perform clash checks and report any discrepancies. Perform quantity checks before releasing and exchanging the BIM Models.
