BIM Coordinator

About the Role
As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining technical documentation including Digital Engineering / BIM Execution Plan, supply chain requirements i.e., Exchange Information Requirements / BIM scopes, design coordination reports etc. in line with management system templates and in consultation with internal stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain the ACC Common Data Environment (CDE) for projects in delivery phase, including undertaking timely updates of federated models to support informed decision-making by project teams.
• Produce and regularly update project reports and dashboards and promptly notify internal stakeholders where risks are identified or delivery partner performance is inadequate.
