Billings Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Analysing large data sets and management reports to monitor performance, identify risks, and close control gaps
• Reconciling and synchronising data across billing, banking, and operational systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely, accurate month‑end billing close and reporting
• Representing the department in IT and project forums, escalating system issues and driving resolution
• Developing and monitoring robust governance, risk, and control frameworks
• Leading or contributing to process design, system enhancements, and IT‑driven initiatives
• Implementing monthly billing and collections strategies to improve cash flow and recovery rates
• Presenting insights, risks, and performance results to senior and executive leadership
• Resolving operational issues and implementing mitigation and corrective action plans
