Position SummaryThe Billing Specialist supports the accurate and timely billing of project-related services at Core X Corp.
This role is responsible for preparing invoices tied to various professional managed and support services, ensuring alignment with executed Statements of Work (SOWs), approved milestones, and time-and-materials.This role is well-suited for an individual eager to build a foundation in project accounting within a professional services organization.
The successful candidate must be diligent, highly organized, and an excellent communicator, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities:- Prepare and issue customer invoices for professional, managed, and support services, as well as license sales, in accordance with established billing cycles.
