Billing Specialist, Finance Shared Services

As a member of the Finance Shared Services Center (SSC) in Malaysia, you will lead the strategic transition and day‑to‑day management of the finance workstream of our international entities.

Responsibilities

• Independent ownership of the knowledge transfer from overseas entities to Malaysia, including mapping As‑Is invoicing processes and developing standard operating procedures for accounts receivable billing.
• Act as the primary interface for senior Project Managers, Sales, and other stakeholders across multiple international time zones; manage communication, navigate complex regional requirements, and resolve cross‑border billing discrepancies.
• Proactively analyze end‑to‑end invoicing workflows to eliminate inefficiencies; design and implement automation, digitization, or standardization solutions.
