Billing Manager

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Mandatory: B.E. / B.Tech. (Civil Engineering)
• Preferred: M.E. / M.Tech. in Construction Management / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 12-15 years’ experience in quantity surveying, bill certification, cost management and contract administration for institutional, infrastructure or large-scale building projects.
• Preferred Background

- Experience in educational, institutional, or campus development projects (IITs, NITs, IIMs, Central Universities, or large private institutions).

- Prior exposure to public-funded or PPP model projects desirable.

- Experience working with reputed PMCs, architects, or contractors such as CPWD, NBCC, L&T or Tata Projects.
