The Patient Financial Services Representative serves as a key resource for patients navigating healthcare billing and financial assistance. This role provides exceptional customer service while assisting patients with payment options, insurance-related questions, financial assistance programs, and account resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating financial eligibility, establishing payment arrangements, processing account transactions, managing collections activities, and maintaining accurate account documentation.
