General Description: The Billing and Collections Specialist provides financial information to management and serviced clients by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11PM - 8AM, Office-based Setup Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Responsibilities: •    Maintaining customer current accounts •    Processing payments and assure timely follow up •    Investigate history of account and current status of clients •    Reach out to clients via calls to remind them of their outstanding balances •    Coordinates respective teams for any disputes •    Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly •    Processing payments using third party merchants •    Co...
