Billing Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Execute billing activities for LATAM & WEMEA according to established timelines.
• Process invoices and credit notes, including manual billing when required.
• Support billing execution in systems such as TMS and IC.
• Follow up on transmission failures, reconciliations, and open billing issues.
• Respond to country requirements, billing emails, and audit‑related requests in a timely manner.
• Keep process documentation and country manuals updated.
• Support compliance with operational controls and regional billing procedures.

Education & Experience

• University degree in administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, finance operations, or shared services.
