Job Scope
• Issuing invoice
• Sending invoices to the customer
• Filing documents on Docman (internal only data storage)
• Coordinating internal & external for work related
• Updating Job Book, internal data
• Sending SOA & Follow up payment
• Invoice report sending
• Costing verification
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
• Min GCE ‘O’ level
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry is highly advantageous. Candidates with a proven track record in similar operational or logistics environments are also welcome to apply.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Computer literacy, basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8.30am – 6pm
