Key Responsibilities
Answer and transfer phone calls, providing screening when necessary.
Maintain electronic filing systems to ensure organization and accessibility.
Generate and distribute reports using relevant systems.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
English and Spanish Speaking Skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and programs.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
