Bilingual Virtual Healthcare Assistant — Care Coordination

Remotedxb is seeking a patient support coordinator to handle inbound calls in English and Spanish, coordinate intake, scheduling, and preoperative clearances. Prepare physician notes, fax records, and maintain precise patient files within our practice systems.

Required healthcare experience, HIPAA training or willingness to obtain it, and strong documentation, Google Workspace, and scheduling software skills. 40 hours per week; EST business hours.
