About the Role

Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist for our client, a respected nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. This position is fully onsite for the first six months to support training and collaboration. Upon successful completion of the onboarding period, the schedule transitions to a hybrid model of three remote days and two onsite days per week.

Previous experience in a nonprofit organization, contact center, or high-volume customer service environment is strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities
