Overview

Prepare and deploy Windows 11 laptops using Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD) standards, including Autopilot enrollment and configuration profiles.

Unbox, assemble, and set up laptops, docks, and peripherals at user workstations or staging areas. Safely back up and transfer user data, profiles, and settings from legacy devices to new laptops using approved tools and processes.

Record and update asset information in inventory systems, including device assignment, status, and lifecycle tracking. Provide onsite or remote support during deployment to clients, including user orientation, login assistance, and basic troubleshooting.

Retire legacy devices by performing secure data wipes, updating asset records, and preparing hardware for disposal or redeployment.
