We are currently looking for a Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role. Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed, to support business objectives. This role will be responsible for responding to a wide range of telephone inquiries from Nissan Canada Finance customers and dealers. The ability to influence others, understand business goals and objectives, and work toward individual and team improvement is key to success. It is critical to maintain a customer focus and stay composed, even in challenging circumstances or with high call volumes.
