Rogers is seeking a Bilingual Security Analyst to handle Lawful Access in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time opportunity involves responding to law enforcement inquiries with professionalism and sensitivity.
As part of our innovative Corporate team at Rogers, you will engage directly with Canadian law enforcement agencies, answering inquiries in both English and French. You will support public safety by facilitating access to critical customer information while following strict protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to calls and electronic inquiries from law enforcement
• Facilitate access to customer info during exigent circumstances
• Prepare analytical reports for court orders
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Carry out special projects as assigned
