- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
- Medellín, Colombia — on-site work at Solvo during the first month
- Eligible for remote work after approximately one month, upon meeting KPIs and having a stable internet connection
- Execute dialing lists to move contacts from unverified to verified, supporting the efficiency of U.S. based recruiters.
- Use GPT productively (prompting, call summaries, message improvements) to accelerate daily tasks.
- Communicate professionally:
- Clear and understandable English during phone calls
- Precise and concise written updates
- Meet weekly activity metrics (e.g., ~100+ responses or pickups per week).
- Collaborate with leadership in simple and transparent metric reviews.
