Bilingual Outbound Appointment Specialist

8 MEDI-AESTHETICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a client-facing Outreach Associate to engage prospects from an assigned pool, build rapport, and book appointments with care and professionalism.

You will handle outbound calls, manage cancellations and reschedules, and follow up regularly to keep prospects engaged. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
